The monks are debating. The ones standing are asking advice from those sitting. Each question is presented by clapping 👏🏼 underlined by the praying 🙏🏼 beeds / necklaces.
The questions can be on anything in life. The rotate. The young monks can be with their friends. They can also seek out those who provide good answers. Elders supervise.
Many become monks young. As I understand, they are allowed to leave monasteries to go have a family for instance, but then they cannot return.
It was so unique to be allowed to witness this.

Needless to say, that neither my many years as business, internationalisation or leadership advisor, nor personal advisor I have given to the best of my ability or the one I seek, have ever had this form. To me it’s clear that this works too. Which truly once again expanded my horizon.
